Nifty Fifty is a popular song in elementary school to learn the states of America.
Greenfield Elementary third-graders this spring took the Nifty Fifty Challenge.
Four of the third-graders took on the challenge learning all the U.S. states' names, their location on the national map, and their capital.
Students took a series of three tests to complete their challenge, led by Rhonda Sponcil (retired teacher).
Emily McVay and Isaac Smith came out on the top with perfect scores.
Each student that took all three tests received a T-shirt that said: "I took the Nifty Fifty Challenge."
Congratulations go to all the Greenfield Elementary third-graders for all their hard work taking the Nifty Fifty Challenge and a huge thank you to Rhonda Sponcil for helping our children succeed!
