Fairfield student wins poster contest

Fairfield fifth-grade student Carly Arnold has won the Ohio State Fire Marshal's Fire Safety Poster Contest. 
Highland County North Joint Fire Department selects final entries for our
area. This was the first year Fairfield Local School and the Highland Country North Joint Fire Department participated in the contest. The purpose of contest is to teach fire safety at school and home. Other winners are displayed at http://www.com.ohio.gov/fire/FireSafetyPoster2009.aspx.
