Fairfield High School announces scholarship winners

Fairfield High School is pleased to announce the recipients of memorial scholarships.

From left to right:

• Matthew Leach is the recipient of the David A. Watts Memorial Scholarship. Mr. Watts was a graduate of Fairfield High School and a teacher at Greenfield Schools. Mrs. Watts and her sons began the scholarship in Mr. Watts' memory.

• Arica Melson is the recipient of the Mia Otey Memorial Scholarship. Miss Otey was a member of the class of 2018. The Otey family began this scholarship this year for student-athletes at Fairfield in memory of Mia.

• Courtney Harker and Emily Teeters are recipients of the Nell Ann Frump Scholarship. Mrs. Frump was an educator at Fairfield. Her son, Tim Frump, began the scholarship in her memory for Fairfield students who attend The Ohio State University.

Fairfield Local Schools sincerely thanks the families for their generous scholarships given in memory of their loved ones.
