Emily Burwinkel, Ryan Matthews Outstanding Junior Leaders

Two Junior Leadership members were recognized as Outstanding Junior Leaders at the Highland County Junior Fair awards ceremony on Tuesday, Sept. 6.

The outstanding Junior Leaders for 2016 are:

• Ryan Matthews, the son of Rindy and Candy Matthews. Ryan is a freshmen at Wilmington College.

• Emily Burwinkel, the daughter of Phil and Kati Burwinkel. Emily is a freshmen at Miami University.
