Edenfield graduates from University of Phoenix

     Jeremy Edenfield of New Vienna graduated from the University of Phoenix on June 30, 2010, with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Information Technology.  He would like to give his thanks to all those who helped him during his educational journey.

     The Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) program at the University of Phoenix provides the knowledge to successfully apply information technology theory and principles to address real world business opportunities and challenges. Under the guidance of practitioner faculty, the student uses innovative digital materials to develop competencies to apply: Systems Analysis and Design, Computer Programming, Database Development, Network Technologies, Information Systems Security, Web Technologies and Project Planning.

     Jeremy is a 1993 graduate of Lynchburg-Clay Local Schools and a 2007 graduate of Southern State Community College, where he attained an Associate's of Applied Science Degree in Computer Technology (Cum Laude) and also holds Associate's Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Communications Applications Technology and in Information Management.  He is also CompTIA A+ Certified for computer repair.

     Jeremy is the son of Gary L. Edenfield of Wilmington and Vicki L. Minzler of Hillsboro.  He is happily married to his wife, Sheri (Puckett) Edenfield, and has two daughters, Sarah (10) and Brooklyn (5).  He is currently employed with Unreal Solutions LLC as a Computer Technician where he provides computer and network support for Lynchburg-Clay Local Schools and for Mount Healthy City Schools.  He is also a Technical Sergeant in the US. Air Force Reserves where he is a Knowledge Operations Manager in the 445th Maintenance Squadron at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
