On Thursday, East Clinton High School students took part in a day of remembrance to honor those lost in the 9/11 attacks.
There were two events at the school. An outdoor activity centered around a large "USA" formed by the high school grade levels. Each level wore a common color to show class solidarity.
The second activity was a chance for students to honor their own lost loved ones and those lost in the 9/11 attacks. The school created a large display reading "9/11" in block letters and filled it in with post-it notes that had been written by the students. Each note had the name of a lost loved one on it.
