District 9 President Matt Hiser visits Hillsboro FFA

The Hillsboro FFA was visited by State Officer and District 9 President Matt Hiser on Oct. 1.

He joined various Ag classes throughout the day and shared character building activities with all of those classes.

Hiser got his start in FFA through his sister. He enrolled in the Ag department of Greeneview High School where he met his Ag Adviser, Mr. Corey. Corey helped Hiser to gain necessary interactive skills to become successful in which so ever field he chooses.

Hiser currently is a student at The Ohio State University where he is studying Animal Science with a minor in Agricultural Business with applied to economics.

He hopes to one day, utilize his skills he has gained through FFA and become an Animal Nutrition Specialist or an Animal Medication Representative.
