Buckskin Elementary 5th graders compete in flag football intramurals

The fifth-grade students at Buckskin Elementary opened the 2015-2016 intramural lunch recess season with a flag football tournament.

Teams competed in round robin pool play and then a single-elimination tournament.

Team #2 finished as runners-up. The team was made up of Captain Emerson Yates, Kenedi Wise, Heath Beatty, Madi Black, Dustin Shoemaker, Gavyn Brown, Jessa Baxla and Rebecca Rodriguez.

The championship team, Team #4, included Captain Rocky Jeffers, Makayla Howard, Trey Badgley, Zalea O’Connor, Emery Smith, Isaiah Fent, Jalyn Varney, Gavin McCune and S.J. Adams.
