Banyas, Cherry visit HHS/HMS

Playwright and actress Susan Banyas, composer and musician David Cherry and the cast of "The Hillsboro Story" visited Hillsboro High School and Middle School during the week of Sept. 24. All the students who participated in the summer reading program and students in grades 8-12 saw either "No Strangers Here Today" or "The Hillsboro Story."

The final event for summer reading students will be a field trip on Nov. 2 to the Rankin and Parker houses in Ripley and a guided tour past local underground railroad sites.
