Applications available for Altrusa scholarships

Altrusa International of Highland County is accepting applications for educational scholarships ranging from $250 to $500. Applications may be obtained from any Highland County Public Library, Chatfield College, Shawnee State University, Southern State Community College or Wilmington College.

Eligibility criteria are as follows: Have been a Highland County resident for a minimum of two years, must be at least 25 years of age, currently enrolled in an accredited institution and have successfully completed a minimum of 12 credit hours in an accredited institution. Applications must be postmarked by Nov. 26 and received by Dec. 1.[[In-content Ad]]
