3 Fairfield FFA members attend Camp Muskingum

This summer, three members of the Fairfield FFA Chapter, Lane Frost, Braden Heizer and Ryan Matthews, attended FFA Camp Muskingum.

The boys got to experience a flag retirement ceremony and also underwent an activity giving them an idea of what it felt like to go through the Underground Railroad.

There were also nature walks, motor boating, kayaking, canoeing and swimming for the boys to do during their free time.

The juniors, Frost and Heizer, got to experience an overnight, while Matthews, a senior, got to rock climb.

“It was extremely fun overall, especially meeting fellow FFA members from all over the state,” Lane Frost said.
