Day of remembrance for overdose victims Aug. 31

A day of remembrance and awareness for drug overdose victims will be observed at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31 at 108 Governor Trimble Place in Hillsboro. There will be guest speakers, a balloon release, Narcan training and refreshments.
