Bright Local Schools proudly recognized Marley Gobin, a Whiteoak High School senior, at the recent Board of Education meeting, where she was awarded a scholarship from the Waw-wil-a-way Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR).

The scholarship was presented by Mrs. Zornes on behalf of the chapter.

“We are extremely proud of Marley,” said Superintendent Mr. Jason Iles. “Her work ethic and character set a powerful example for our students. We’re also grateful to the Waw-wil-a-way DAR and Mrs. Zornes for investing in our Wildcats.”

The partnership with the Waw-wil-a-way Chapter reflects Bright Local’s ongoing commitment to connecting students with community organizations that support college and career goals. “Opportunities like this make a real difference,” Mr. Iles added. “We appreciate the generosity and the confidence shown in our students.”
