Alexandria 'Sonya' Bowermaster

Alexandria “Sonya” Bowermaster, 87, of Miamisburg, formerly of Hillsboro, passed away Monday, April 10, 2023 at her home.

She was born in Albion, Mich., the daughter of the late Martin and Natalia (Urkavick) Rudick.

Sonya attended church at Mt Olive Church of Christ. She enjoyed doing crafts and quilting.

Sonya is survived by her son, Richard Allen (Violet) Bowermaster of Miamisburg; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Bowermaster Sr.; children, Charles Joseph Bowermaster and Jean Anne Bowermaster; and siblings, Mike Kedo, Johnny Kedo, Anna Harris, Alexander Rudick and Sophia Stuck.

Visitation will be held Monday, April 17, 2023 from 11 a.m. until time of service at noon at Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
