Whiteoak’s Landen Eyre wins Aaron Reed Invitational middle school race

Whiteoak Wildcat cross-country runner Landen Eyre took first place out of 142 junior high runners Saturday at Southeastern High School at the Aaron Reed Invitational.

Eyre finished the tough two-mile course in 12:00. Earlier in the week, Eyre won at the Whiteoak meet with a time of 11:34.

For the season, Eyre has three first-place wins and has defeated 313 runners on the season, while only losing to three.
