McClain Lady Tigers soccer falls to Jackson
In a Frontier Athletic Conference road match on Tuesday night, the McClain Lady Tigers lost to the host Jackson Ironladies, 5-0 at JHS.
MHS trailed by a 3-0 score at halftime.
The loss sends MHS girls soccer to a FAC record of 0-1 and overall record of 0-2.
Next for the Lady Tigers is another conference match, this time at McClain Field when they host the Miami Trace Lady Panthers following the boys match.

Tigers soccer falls at Jackson in FAC play
The McClain boys soccer team lost an away match on Tuesday night, falling to the host Jackson Ironmen by a 6-1 score at JHS. The loss was a FAC match, leaving the Tigers with a 1-1 mark in conference play this season.
Overall, the Tigers are 1-1 and will play again on Thursday, Aug. 31 when they host the Miami Trace Panthers at 5 p.m.

Lady Tigers lose on the road in volleyball match to Jackson
The McClain Lady Tigers lost in FAC volleyball action at JHS on Tuesday night, falling in three sets to the host Jackson Ironladies.
In the first set, the Lady Tigers lost by a score of 26-24 and then dropped the second set and third sets by scores of 25-15 and 25-19.
The loss leaves MHS at 2-4 overall and 0-1 in the FAC. JHS is 3-1 overall and 1-0 in the FAC.
Next for the Lady Tigers is a home match on Thursday, Aug. 31 vs. Miami Trace in conference play.

Whiteoak volleyball falls in SHAC match to Eastern Brown
The Whiteoak Lady Wildcats were unable to gain a Southern Hills Athletic Conference win on Tuesday night, falling to the host Eastern Brown Lady Warriors at EBHS.
On Tuesday (Aug. 28), the Lady ’Cats lost in three sets to Western Latham by scores of 25-18, 25-21 and 25-15 in non-conference play.
