Hamilton signs letter of intent to play baseball for University of Indianapolis

Whiteoak senior Traeten Hamilton signed his letter of intent Friday, March 1 to play baseball at the University of Indianapolis.

Hamilton played in 30 games for the Wildcats last season, where he batted .422 with a .561 on-base percentage and .633 slugging percentage. He also collected 50 runs, 38 hits, 13 doubles, three triples, 28 walks, 42 stolen bases and 21 RBI.



Hamilton also has an ERA of 1.46 in nine games (33.2 innings pitched) with 14 runs (seven earned) and 44 strikeouts, as he was 5-2 on the season.

The University of Indianapolis competes in Division II of the NCAA as a member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
