Blair earns $500 for half-court shot during The Dickey Group's challenge at WHS

Weston Blair is the latest winner of The Dickey Group’s half-court challenge at Whiteoak High School, earning a $500 check from The Dickey Group Inc. Realtors.

Blair made a half-court shot during halftime of the Lady Wildcats’ varsity game against Peebles on Feb. 6.

Jeff Dickey of The Dickey Group Inc. Realtors presented a $500 check to Blair Friday, Feb. 7 during the Wildcats’ homecoming game win over Fayetteville. This was the second presentation within a week, with Tirrell Cumberland receiving a check Feb. 1.

The Dickey Group has been a longtime supporter of Whiteoak athletics. Since 2006, The Dickey Group has offered to donate $500 to anyone who makes a half-court shot at any WHS boys or girls varsity home basketball game.

Whiteoak High School and the Athletic Boosters thank The Dickey Group for their continued support of Whiteoak athletics.
