9 Highland County boys basketball players named to District 14 Coaches Association All-District team

Nine Highland County boys basketball players have been named to the 2019-20 District 14 Coaches Association All-District team, as released by the Association Monday.

The list includes representatives from all five Highland County schools, with four players in Division II, one in Division III and four in Division IV.

For Division II, McClain sophomore Bryson Badgley was named to the first team, and Hillsboro junior Ryan Scott earned second-team honors. Both Hillsboro and McClain received an honorable mention selection as well in HHS senior Caleb Crawford and MHS junior Lyle White.

Lynchburg-Clay senior Raymond Conner was named to the honorable mention list in Division III.

In Division IV, Fairfield senior Bryson Simmons was named to the first team, while senior teammates James Bentley and Wyatt Willey were selected as third team and honorable mention, respectively. For Whiteoak, freshman Landon Barnett earned honorable mention.
