5 Whiteoak Wildcats selected OHSBCA All-Ohio

The Whiteoak Wildcats had five players selected to the Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association Division IV All-Ohio team, including two players being selected to the first team.
Selected to the first-team All-Ohio squad were junior infielder Traeten Hamilton and senior outfielder Caleb West. Selected to the second team was junior pitcher Evan Brill and senior infielder Chase Carraher. Named honorable mention All-Ohio was sophomore infielder Mason Lehr.

The five All-Ohio players are a part of a Whiteoak team that has a program record 28-2 overall mark, along with a 13-0 Southern Hills Athletic Conference (SHAC) record. Also this season, the No. 1 state-ranked Wildcats are currently in the OHSAA Division IV State Semifinals, as they won a regional championship and a district championship.
Hamilton leads the Wildcats with 42 stolen bases in 30 games. At the plate, Hamilton has scored 50 runs and tallied 38 hits, as he’s batting .422.
This season, West is batting .388 with 44 runs, 33 hits and a team-best 39 RBI.
Brill leads the Wildcats as a pitcher at 9-0 on the season. Brill has pitched 54.1 innings, where he’s allowed just five runs and totaled 62 strikeouts. Brill has an ERA of 0.64 through nine games.
Carraher is batting .381 this season with 38 runs, 37 hits, 41 steals and 33 RBI.
This season, Mason Lehr is the current batting leader for WHS at .430 in 79 at-bats in 30 games. Lehr has 34 hits (12 doubles, two home runs) and 31 RBI.
