The Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing (REPL) and the Ohio Real Estate Commission encourage homeowners who plan to sell their homes in the spring or later in the year to ask their real estate agent to provide an electronic lockbox for showing access. These Bluetooth-enabled devices are connected to an app and offer homeowners and their agents a better way to track who enters their homes.
