Lady Mustangs end volleyball season

DODSONVILLE — The Lynchburg-Clay Lady Mustangs ended their 2010 volleyball season Tuesday at Lynchburg-Clay High School, in the Division III SE District Sectional tournament to the Peebles Lady Indians in five sets.

LC dropped the opening set 25-21, but rallied back to tie the match at 1-1 with a 25-7 set two win.

The Lady Mustangs took the lead with a 25-23 win in set three.

Peebles won the final two sets and the match with wins of 25-19 and 15-12 in the final two sets.[[In-content Ad]]
