Lady Indians tennis wins vs. CNE

The Hillsboro girls tennis team earned a non-conference victory on Wednesday, Sept. 11 by defeating the Clermont Northeastern Lady Rockets, 3-2.

In first singles, Hillsboro’s Jenna Hart defeated Ava Stephen 6-4, 6-3. For the second singles match, Hillsboro’s Adalyn Gaines defeated Betcah Bosley 6-1, 6-2.

Third singles saw Hillsboro’s Elizabeth Sowers defeat Lile Ritten, 6-2, 6-0.

HHS lost both doubles matches.
