14 Highland County players, 2 coaches earn Coaches All-District recognition

The District 14 Coaches Association has released their 2024-25 All-District girls basketball honorees, with Highland County having 14 players honored, along with two Coach of the Year selections.
Leading the way for Highland County with first-team recognition were McClain sophomore Paisley Pryor and Hillsboro sophomore Tylee Davis in Divisions III and IV (combined list), as well as Whiteoak senior Addison Roberts and Lynchburg-Clay sophomore Adilyn Carraher in Div. VI.

Earning Coach of the Year honors were McClain head coach Shania Massie (Div. IV) and Whiteoak head coach Cole Schaefer (Div. VI).
Named to the second team in Div. III/IV were McClain senior Anna Eikenberry and Hillsboro junior Kyra Boyd. For Div. VI, Fairfield junior Rilee Quickle and Whiteoak sophomore Addy Hauke earned second-team honors.
One Highland County player gained third-team recognition in Fairfield sophomore Meri Jackson (Div. VI).
Receiving Honorable Mention recognition were Hillsboro senior Peighton Bledsoe (Div. III/IV), McClain sophomore Larah Henson (Div. III/IV), Fairfield sophomore Vivian Henninger (Div. VI), Lynchburg-Clay junior Joslyn Rockey (Div. VI) and Whiteoak senior Kylee Hamm (Div. VI).
