Music at St. Mary’s presents A St. Mary's Christmas Dec. 21

Music at St. Mary’s presents A St. Mary's Christmas on Dec. 21 at 2 p.m. (note different start time). 

This will be an all music program celebrating the season and featuring John Glaze on organ and piano, Jennie Harner on flute and Lynn Lowell on piano. 

Assisting will be Thomas Harner on snare drum, and Marsha Williams on handbells. The Christmas season presents such great opportunities for music collaborations and we always try to present the best that we can. 

John Glaze is director of music at St. Mary’s and studied organ with Eugene Wickstrom at Ohio University. 

Jennie Harner is well known in the county for her abilities with the flute, having studied with Dr. Cavalli at Cincinnati Conservatory. SheHome Economics for many years. 

Lynn Lowell, a local counselor, studied piano for many years and always presents her pieces with much emotion. 

Marsha Williams plays handbells with the Hillsboro Global Methodist Church, and Thomas Harner, a senior at East Clinton High School, is the grandson of Jennie. 

Following this program, there will be a time of refreshments and fellowship. There is no charge for this concert, but donations will be gratefully accepted and these go to support the entire Music At St. Mary’s Concert Series.
