Members of Premier Showmen 4-H Club earn top honors

Premier Showmen 4-H Club 

Members of the Premier Showmen 4-H Club earned top honors during the 2025-26 BEST (Beef Exhibitor Show Total) Program, a statewide youth initiative sponsored by the Ohio Cattlemen’s Association that recognizes Ohio’s junior beef exhibitors for participation and success in sanctioned cattle shows and showmanship competitions.

The Ohio BEST Program season ran from November 21, 2025, through March 22, 2026, and included nine show weekends across the state. Youth exhibitors competed in market animal, breeding heifer, and showmanship divisions while gaining valuable experience in animal care, sportsmanship, and leadership.

Several Premier Showmen 4-H members earned outstanding placings during the season. Wyatt Osborn received 5th Overall Crossbred Market Animal honors, while Dwight Hamilton earned 4th Overall Maintainer Heifer and 3rd Overall Beginner Showman recognition.

In addition to the award winners, several other Premier Showmen 4-H members participated throughout the BEST show season, representing their club and community with dedication and hard work. The program provides youth exhibitors the opportunity to build lifelong skills while showcasing the quality of Ohio’s beef industry.  

The Premier Showmen 4-H Club congratulates all members who participated in the 2025–2026 BEST Program and applauds their commitment both in and out of the show ring.
