Santa to make special stop at Southern State on Dec. 12

The holiday spirit is coming to Central Campus as Santa Claus makes a special visit to Southern State for a festive community celebration open to students, staff, families, and residents of all ages.
 
Santa’s stop is part of this year’s seasonal festivities on campus. It will include a photo opportunity with Santa, hot cocoa, and sweet treats, hosted by the College’s Student Affairs department.
 
“We are thrilled to welcome Santa to campus and invite the entire community to join us,” said Southern State’s Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs, Dr. Erika Goodwin. “This event brings people together and reflects the warmth and generosity that define our college.”
 
Event Details:
Date: Friday, Dec. 12
Time: 2-5 p.m.
Location: Southern State’s Central Campus Lobby (use the main entrance doors by the clock tower) at 100 Hobart Drive in Hillsboro
Cost: Free and open to the public.
