Three students receive 2013 Ernie Blankenship/NCB Scholarship

Three area students are the recipients of the 2013 Ernie B. Blankenship NCB Scholarship.

• From Highland County, Fairfield High School graduate Brenna Simmons received a scholarship. Simmons will be attending Ohio State University and studying in the health profession exploration program.

• From Brown County, Fayetteville-Perry High School graduate Kaitlyn Howard received a scholarship. Howard will be attending Morehead State University and studying animal science, with a focus on equine studies.

• From Clinton County, Wilmington High School graduate Colt Briggs received a scholarship. Briggs will be attending Morehead State University and studying pre-medicine.
