SR 131 open following culvert replacement

The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced that state Route 131 in Highland County is now open following a culvert replacement project.
 
The route was closed Monday, June 18, between County Road 59 (Barker Road) and C.R. 13 (Certier Road), east S.R. 134, while crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Highland County Maintenance Facility replaced the deteriorated pipe.
