A Sinking Spring man was indicted on a first-degree felony armed robbery charge this week in Highland County Common Pleas Court.

Anthony Cox was indicted on Tuesday by a grand jury and and charged with robbing the Flagway in Greenfield at knifepoint on Aug. 8.

He was arraigned via video from the Highland County Justice Center Wednesday before Highland County Common Pleas Court Judge Rocky Coss.

Lee Koogler was appointed as Cox's attorney, and a trial date was scheduled for Nov. 10.

The judge noted that Cox had several previous cases against him out of Hillsboro Municipal Court, including failure to appear.

Coss set bond at $25,000 plus and OR bond.
