Second Tour de Farm to traverse Clinton County countryside

     Tour de Farm, a fundraising bicycling event benefiting Grow Food, Grow Hope, will traverse pastoral areas of Clinton County Sunday, Sept. 26, beginning at 9 a.m.
     The event, which will stop at five local farms, is open to anyone; however, those ages 17 and under must be accompanied by adult.
     Pre-registration by Sept. 25 is $25 for adults, $10 for Wilmington students, and $5 for children aged three to 10. The day-of-event entry fee will be $30 for adults and $15 for Wilmington students. T-shirts will be available for $8 with pre-registration.
     Check-in for the Tour de Farm will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Community Gardens, which are located east of the parking lot on Quaker Way across the street from Wilmington College's Pyle Student Center. A Kids Loop and activities will be provided for children aged three to 10 for a $5 entry fee. Children should check in at the Wilmington College Farm on Fife Ave. at 8:15 a.m.
