Rosenberger appointed as chairman of finance subcommittee on higher education

COLUMBUS—Speaker of the Ohio House William G. Batchelder (R-Medina) today announced that State Representative Cliff Rosenberger (R-Clarksville) has been appointed to serve on the House Finance and Appropriations Committee. Additionally, he will serve as chairman of the Finance Subcommittee on Higher Education.

“Representative Rosenberger has been an asset to the Ohio House,” Speaker Batchelder said. “He has done some terrific things in the committees he has served on during this General Assembly, and I am confident that he will continue to serve Ohio well in his new role within the Finance and Appropriations Committee.”

[[In-content Ad]]“I’m honored to be serving on the Finance Committee and as chair of the Higher Education Subcommittee,” Representative Rosenberger said. “The work that these committees do is very important to Ohio’s future, and I’m pleased that Speaker Batchelder thought of me for these committees.”

Representative Rosenberger will also continue to serve on the Public Utilities, Veterans’ Affairs, Economic and Small Business Development, and Policy committees.
