Police, fire called to B&E at Ole Depot

The Highland County Press
The Hillsboro Fire Department and the Hillsboro Police Department were called to the Ole Depot Carryout and Tavern in the 400 block of North West Street shortly at approximately 7:26 a.m. Monday morning.
After an initial report of a possible fire, the incident was determined to be a breaking-and-entering.
Business owners Ed and Sheri Tipton told The Highland County Press there was considerable damage caused by the perpetrator(s), who poured liquor onto the floor inside the business and then set the alcohol on fire.
Smoke and fire residue permeated the business.
Investigation into the incident led Hillsboro Police officers to question a male subject that had been identified in the area by a patrol sergeant at approximately 2:41 a.m. As a result of the investigation into this case, the Hillsboro Police Department has arrested Tyler E. Hinzman, 22, of Hillsboro, for breaking and entering into the business.
The investigation is ongoing, and more suspects could be charged as a result of this investigation. It is also anticipated that further charges will be filed on Hinzman once the case is reviewed by the Highland County Prosecutor.
No injuries were reported.
The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation also was called to investigate.
