One arrested in Greenfield drug bust; charges against others pending

The Greenfield Police Department executed two search warrants last week, resulting the seizing of suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia.

 

One man was arrested on an outstanding warrant, and additional charges are pending against other individuals. 

 

According to the GPD, on March 2 at 3 p.m., the department executed two search warrants at 249 Mirabeau Street, in Apartments A and B. 

 

"Several persons were detained during the search, during which officers located and seized numerous items of evidence including a large amount of drug paraphernalia, cash and electronic items suspected to be stolen property," the GPD said. "Some residual amounts of suspected drugs were found and officers are awaiting lab tests to determine their substance types." 

 

  One male, Jamie Robinette, 28, of Bainbridge, was arrested on an unrelated warrant for non-support and released to the Highland County Sheriff’s Office.  

 

Charges on other individuals are pending further investigation and lab testing.
