Another winter storm has moved into the southern Ohio area, and crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation – District 9 have taken to the highways to begin their patrols.
Flurries and light snow are now falling in much of the district, and snowplow operators are reporting routes becoming lightly snow covered, wet and slick.
