ODOT dispatches all available crews

All available crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation - District 9 continue working to treat, plow and clear the state highway system of snow and ice.
Precipitation varies from flurries to a light snow, and the rate of accumulation has diminished. In much of the District 9 area, routes are lightly to partly snow covered, with some spot locations of clear pavement.
Routes in the northern and eastern parts of the district, however, are likely to be mostly snow covered as there has been more snow during the overnight hours.
In addition to snow accumulation, blowing and drifting snow is covering over many routes, especially in flat locations, and causing them to become snow covered and icy.
Additional snow accumulation, as well as increasing wind gusts, is expected throughout the day Wednesday.
While ODOT's crews will continue their efforts throughout this storm, motorists are reminded to exercise additional caution and to know before they go by checking road condition information and warnings or level emergencies posted by local law enforcement.
