Windy, with a west wind 26 to 29 mph decreasing to between 15 and 18 mph. Winds could gust as high as 43 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms."
