NCB hosts 'Shop Local' booth

NCB is hosting a 'Shop Local' tent during the 2013 Festival of the Bells.

Mowrystown artisan Kara Juillerat said that the bank provided the tent for Highland County artisans in exchange for a donation to Relay for Life.

Juillerat is one of four local artisans featured in this year's 'Shop Local' section. 'Kreations by Kara' features handcrafted, fused-glass jewelry, all made by Juillerat.
