Lynchburg Main Street building razed

As a result of the cooperative efforts of the building owners, Chuck and Tonya Spaeth, Lynchburg Village Administrator Tami Pierre, and Lynchburg Mayor Gary Jones, demolition began on the building located at 211 South Main Street on New Year’s Eve.

All project costs are being paid for by the property owners.

The project is ongoing and cleanup and completion may take several weeks, but both village officials and the property owners were happy to work together and agree that this is a step in the right direction to continue improving the condition of the village.
