Highland County commissioners Gary Heaton, Tom Horst and Shane Wilkin flipped burgers and grilled hotdogs Wednesday in support of an employee lunch at the Highland County Department of Job and Family Services.

HCDJFS director Debbie Robbins said that the employees had received an award for having a rate of zero errors on food stamp assessment, which had won the department some extra funds, part of which was able to be used for the employee recognition lunch.

"We included the other departments here at the HI-TEC center," Robbins said. "They also play a role here in the job we do, with customer services, and we wanted to share our good fortune."
