Hillsboro man to plead guilty in federal court

After initially pleading not guilty to a conspiracy charge after federal prosecutors alleged that he claimed to be part of the computer hacking group "Anonymous, a Hillsboro man reportedly will enter a plea of guilty.
[[In-content Ad]]The Dayton Daily News reports that Brett Hudson, 26, of Hillsboro will admit he’s guilty.
"He’s going to get on with his life,” defense attorney Warner Mariani told the newspaper.
Hudson is scheduled to enter the plea Oct. 17 in federal court.
Also charged was Alexander Waterland, 24, of Loveland, a former co-worker of Hudson's. Waterland has pleaded not guilty.
