Hillsboro City Council calls special meeting Aug. 24

Hillsboro City Council will hold a special meeting at 5:15 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24 at the Municipal Courtroom in the Highland County Justice Center.

The purpose of the meeting will be:

RES. 12-24 – A RESOLUTION OF HILLSBORO CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF LABOR COUNSEL TO REPRESENT THE CITY IN LABOR NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE CITY EMPLOYEES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY (Third Reading).
