Highland County Sheriff’s Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

Oct. 5

A deputy responded to residence on W. Main St., Mowrystown, after a report of a domestic disturbance. After investigation, it was determined to have been a verbal altercation, all parties were spoken to, no charges issued.

Oct. 6

A resident of the 5700 block of Leininger Haigh Road reported a domestic disturbance. After investigation, parties separated, no charges were issued.

Deputies responded to the 10000 block of Davis Road after a report of trespassing. After investigation, it was determined to have been a dispute over property lines between neighbors, both parties were given a warning for disorderly conduct.

A deputy responded to a report of a domestic disturbance that occurred in the 700 block of Garvie Rd. After investigation, no charges were issued.

Donald R. Click III, 41, of Peebles, failure to appear, theft, criminal trespassing.
