Highland County Sheriff’s Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

Sept. 25
A resident of the 4900 block of state Route 134 reported fraud.

A resident of the 4100 block of Sweeney Lane reported harassment. Charges are pending for a Clinton County man.

A deputy responded to the 10000 block of Pausch Road after a report of an assault. After investigation, the victim refused charges.

Sept. 26 

A deputy responded to the 6600 block of Pied Piper Pkwy. after a report of a disorderly person. After investigation, no charges were issued.

Robert D. Throckmorton Jr, 37, of Waverly, contempt of court.

McKenzie A. Cowman, 33, of Cutler, OH, possession of drugs.
