Highland County Sheriff’s Report

These incidents have been reported by the HCSO.

Aug. 3
 
A deputy responded to the 11000 block of Highland Hills Drive after a report of a person attempting to break into a residence. After investigation, James R. Willey, 41, of Hillsboro, was arrested and charged with obstruction, receiving stolen property, criminal trespassing, and failing to appear on an outstanding warrant.

Aug. 4

A resident of the 7000 block of Highland Trail East reported a female was being assaulted by a male. After investigation, the female refused to file charges. 

A deputy responded to the 5400 block of Grande Road, after a complaint of vandalism. After investigation, Lori K. Mulligan, 46, of New Vienna, was cited for disorderly conduct.

Randy A. Mullins, 54, of Ashville, contempt of court.

James W. Marcum, 43, of Pleasant Plain, probation violation.

James M. Jones, 43, of Hillsboro, failure to appear.

Amy M. Rickman, 40, of Hillsboro, failure to appear.
