Highland County Republicans candidate picnic to be held June 3

The Highland County Republican Club will hold a Meet the Republican Candidates Picnic on Sunday, June 3, beginning at 5 p.m. at the Hillsboro VFW Post 9094.

Voters will have an opportunity to meet the following Republican candidates who will appear on the November general election ballot:

• Anneka Collins for Highland County Prosecutor
• Shane Wilkin for Highland County Commissioner
• Tom Horst for Highland County Commissioner
• Chad McConnaughey for Highland County Recorder
• Vicki Warnock for Highland County Treasurer
• Brad Wenstrup for U.S. Congress
• Dean Otworth for Highland County Engineer
• Ike Hodson for Highland County Clerk of Courts
• Ron Ward for Highland County Sheriff
• Cliff Rosenberger for U.S. Representative
• Bob Peterson for Ohio Senator
• Dr. Jeff Beery for Highland County Coronor

The VFW Post is located at 1000 West Main Street, behind Dairy Queen.

Pork barbecue, hot dogs, baked beans, cole slaw, potato chips, potato salad, cookies and drinks will be served.
