Highland County Cattlemen serve hamburgers at KAMP Dovetail

Members of the Highland County Cattlemen's Association spent June 24 giving back to the community
by cooking and serving hamburgers for campers and staff at KAMP (Kids And Motivated People) Dovetail. 

The annual service project provided a delicious meal while allowing association members to spend time supporting one of Highland County's most cherished summer camp programs.

Volunteering on behalf of the Highland County Cattlemen's Association were Brian Cummings, Brayden
Cummings, Christian Cummings, Dwight Phillip Hamilton, Josh Hawk, Brad Williams, Brittany Williams,
Bryanna Williams, Brailee Williams and Dwight Hamilton. Together, they grilled hamburgers, served lunch,
and helped make the day enjoyable for the campers and staff.

KAMP Dovetail provides children with special needs the opportunity to experience summer camp through
recreation, friendship and memorable activities in a caring environment. Community volunteers play an
important role in helping make the camp a success each year.

"Supporting KAMP Dovetail is one of the highlights of our year," said Highland County Cattlemen's Association President Dwight Hamilton. "It is an honor to serve these amazing campers and the dedicated staff who make this camp possible. Seeing the smiles on everyone's faces reminds us why giving back to our community is so important."

The Highland County Cattlemen's Association is proud to support organizations that strengthen the Highland County community and appreciates the opportunity to serve KAMP Dovetail each summer. Their efforts reflect the association's ongoing commitment to service, agriculture, and making a positive impact beyond the farm.
