Highland-138 culvert replacement wraps up

By
-

Major work for a culvert replacement project on state Route 138 in Highland County has been completed, and the route is now open to traffic.

Crews from the Ohio Department of Transportation’s Highland County Highway Maintenance Facility have been working throughout the week to replace a pipe that is situated between Township Road 361 (Hull Road) and T.R. 360B (Titus Road).

Although the route is open to traffic, crews will have finishing work to complete early next week; however, traffic will be maintained by flaggers while they are at work.
