Following standoff, Chillicothe police arrest man wanted by FBI

After a brief standoff this week, Chillicothe Police Arrested a Stoutsville man who was wanted by the FBI.
According to the CPD, they had received information that Landon Price, 34 was at an apartment at 203 Lincoln Park in Chillicothe.
The CPD had previously been notified by the Cincinnati Office of the FBI that Price was wanted for numerous felony warrants.
Officers from the CPD responded to 203 Lincoln Park and was able to find Landon Price hiding in the attic of the apartment.
The Chillicothe Gazette reported that, "A woman in the apartment confirmed he was there and that he had a gun and ammunition and had headed toward the attic to hide, police."
According to police, after a brief standoff, Price was apprehended without incident and is currently incarcerated in the Ross County Jail. Additional charges may be filed as a result of this case
Price was wanted on felony warrants out of South Carolina, including: Manufacturing and distribution of methampetamines; arson; and animal torture.
