Doug Shannon joins Merchants National Bank in Washington C.H.

Doug Shannon has joined the MNB Lending Team as an Agriculture/Commercial Loan Officer.

Shannon served nine years as a lender in Madison, Franklin and Greene counties, focusing on farm and farm business customers.

Shannon grew up in neighboring Highland County on his family farm, Shannon Valley Farms, where he developed a love of small business and the rural lifestyle which continues today. Shannon brings much lending experience and agriculture knowledge to the bank's Lending Team.

“I am excited to join MNB," Shannon said. "Working with Merchants National Bank and the customers in the area, I hope to help provide the financial guidance and support to bring my customers to a new level of personal and business success.”
